sonder – n. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own—populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness—an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk. (from John Koenig’s The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows)

The word that describes the realization that everyone has a life as intricate as yours. That, just like you are the center of action for your life, the protagonist, so is everyone else for their respective lives.

Not all of it will change your life. But perhaps by hopping onto this rollercoaster of life, we can all learn a little from each other.
We can inspire each other. We can compare ideas. We can argue opinions. We can interact.
The point is, let’s try to reach out of our tiny spheres that constrain us to our physical surroundings, and touch each others’ lives.
